How to Lose Visceral Fat
The beer belly is the consequence of second kind of fat -
visceral fat. This is the fat that lies deep within the abdomen. It's
underneath the muscles and it surrounds your organs. Visceral fat can cause
serious damage because it is so all-around your organs. Studies show that
visceral fat can perform releasing large quantities of inflammatory molecules
throughout one's body on a regular basis. This can expose your organs to
potentially toxic chemicals.
Visceral fat also stored inside the body around your organs,
and can't remain visible externally. Visceral fat is actually the most
dangerous threat to your health, and it is what eventually contributes to
things like cancer,
diabetes, and high blood pressure
levels.
We have two categories of fat in our body. Subcutaneous fat
is the fat that may be seen physically, and starts to be stored if you have an
imbalance of useable energy within your body. In more common terms, in case you
consume a lot more carbs than you expel, in that case your body starts to
overload and frantically look for places to keep this excess energy in the form
of fat.
