Combining Cardio and Weight Exercises to Lose Weight




Whether you want to decrease your blood pressure or you are on the way to get blood pressure reading, there are a few things that you can do. Just like giving up smoking or drinking, this means lifestyle alterations which are always difficult but not impossible. Basically, if you want to lowering hypertension you can exercise, on diet and changing your daily intake.

You can avoid this medication at all by doing core fusioncardio workout and with specific flexibility training 3 to 5 times a week and try to add a full body stretch at the end of your workout, whether it is a cardio or strength training workout. 

Don’t forget to include aerobic exercise 5 to 6 days each week for at least 30 minutes.
Walk is really another good exercise for your heart and if you walk 1 hour a day, you are burning a lot of calories.

Start by proper heat up exercises. You can jog or do a little stretching here and there. Set the rowing machine's potential to deal with a lesser end and not too light you could almost feel no effort by you.
